nboot and vga problem

i have MINI2440v2 with 3.5" LCD and came to me with linux. i put the binaries that contained into cd for WinCE but something goes wrong with the vga. i tried all images included in wince folder (NK_A70, NK_T35, NK_N35, etc) but none of them works ok. i also tried different nboot binaries. Sometimes the display is out of range, sometimes it does not shows anything.
