With 64MB SDRAM, 2MB Nor Flash, 128MB Nand Flash, 100M ethernet, two USB, one serial port, audio I/O, SD card slot supporting up to 32GB SD/MMC card, WinCE and Linux Operating system, the MINI2440 family is more like a Micro computer on chip.
Now on the MINI2440v2, with the improved LCD connector and ATMEL ATMega48PA MCU, we can control the back light of the LCD easily, we can even add devices like buttons, sensors, etc. to the screen without the necessity to wire them back to the MINI.
